First, one of our project managers will examine the affected areas. Should you need a third party Industrial Hygienist to establish a specific protocol or to provide post-remediation testing, we can recommend one or work with one of your choosing.
Next, we contain the affected areas to prevent further contamination.
We then remove and dispose of affected structural components that cannot be salvaged.
Finally, our remediation specialists will utilize cleaning techniques according to the IICRC & NYCDOH mold remediation guidelines, including antimicrobial application and HEPA vacuuming.
